When I was in Bangkok last Easter, one of the places that was on my must-see list was Orbit Design Studio’s Bed Supperclub.
The building literally is a neon glowing ellipse which hovers just above street level in a seriously dense city street, as is the case all over Bangkok. Then there’s a 5 course designed and themed menu, each night offers a different menu, installation art and theatre while you eat and then cocktails and international DJs in the club next door when you’re done.
Best of all is that Thai people are just the most happiest, generous people, so they really make you feel like you’ve entered into some alternate reality.
Great building, great city, great vibe.

This is a letter Mick Jagger sent to Andy Warhol regarding an album cover commission. I love the way he writes, and I love that back in the day artists had respect for each other and more than that a certain level of professional trust.
