These images are the work of artist Hong Yi aka RED, as part of a project to create art with food. I love the simplicity yet the boldness of each piece – above all playing with food has always been fun.

These images are paper sculptures by artist Jen Stark. The psychedelic forms would make for a pretty cool mural.

These images are the work of photographic artist Maimouna Guerresi. The series is an almost mythical representation/depiction of the ornate and fluid cross-over of religion and fashion in India.
Stunning.

These photographs capture the art of sculptor Nic Fiddian-Green. I love the mammoth and majestic scale, which is inspired from seeing a carving of a horse from the Parthenon. Since then, the artist has worked to perfect the form.
Stunning.

These images are the work of artist Berndnaut Smilde. His work involved using a fog machine in an indoor space and by controlling the room temperature form a cloud for long enough to photograph it. I love the idea, the process, the loss and result. Beauty is never permanent.

The future of fashion for me is not about intelligent micro-fibre fabrics or high-tech couture but really its about global contemporary culture fusion. This campaign for Prada really hints at the possibilities.
Designed by London-based art director and illustrator Tara Dougens, the campaign was inspired by Prada’s latest men’s collection but to be designed for Japanese magazine Commons & Sense Man in animation. The end result is an engaging storyboard, with the manga references and blog-friendly use of gif animations.
Cool concept for a cool brand.
