“You can’t always get what you want, but if you try sometime you just might find, you get what you need.” – The Rolling Stones
Cool illustration of one of my favorite bands.

Samsara, meaning a continuous cycle of life in Tibetan is an upcoming cinematic release from the makers of Baraka.
The film is a non-narrated visual journey of various sacred places, disaster zones, urban environments and natural wonders filmed over 5 years in over 25 countries on 5 continents.
If this film follows in the same visuals and values as director Ron Fricke embodied in Baraka, it is bound to be spectacular.

Saw this on a blog, at first glance I thought it was some love-sick quote but then turned out to be a bit more profound.

A modern day interpretation of the ancient Japanese maxim of the Three Wise Monkeys - Mizaru, covering his eyes, who sees no evil, Kikazaru, covering his ears, who hears no evil and Iwazaru, covering his mouth, who speaks no evil.
The graphic design is by Casandra Straus. I like the simplicity of the font layout, the use of calligraphy and that the message, which was always a pictorial message, is the most emphasized element of the book.
