One of my favourite architects/designers is Parisian, Joseph Dirand. He works on a range of different contexts but each intervention of his embodies an almost purist form of minimal, bare architecture and at the same time he manages to create a luxurious space out of it.
These images are some of his residential, commercial and retailwork.

These images are of a clear acrylic table designed by architect Zaha Hadid. The concept was to mimic the liquid and frozen forms of water. I personally love the dappled and rippling shadow it casts.
